GYNED may conduct due diligence, request clarifications, verify references, inspect samples or visit the supplier’s premises were considered necessary. Award will be made to the responsive offer(s) representing the best evaluated value for money, subject to internal approvals and donor/project requirements. The lowest-priced offer will not automatically be selected if it does not provide the best evaluated value for money or fails mandatory requirements.11.
