This has helped us to accumulate and achieve a steady and sustainable progress that has given us a competitive edge and strong advantage within our sector of work. - Gender Balance & Women’s Empowerment: We prioritize and give equal opportunities to women and girls in all our projects activities, and we focus on women’s empowerment by our practical demonstration of putting young women in strategic leadership and decision making positions of trust in our Organisation, as a way of showcasing their innate abilities, lead their own affairs and promoting realistic gender equality in Sierra Leone.

- Financial Management: We always ensure to practice and maintain an efficient, effective and accountable financial management control systems, to enhance and ensure proper financial liquidation for projects funding and implementation.
- Media Engagement & Relationship- We see and partner with the fourth-estate as a very critical partner in the implementation of our programmes and projects, in a bid to enhance awareness, visibility and transparency with the public, beneficiaries and donor partners etc.
- Transparency & Accountability: We always ensure to be fully transparent and accountable in all our transactions and engagements with beneficiaries, donors and partners etc.
